How It Started

Back in 2018, we were frustrated. We'd call contractors, ask questions, and get answered by voicemail three days later. Projects would stretch on without explanation. You'd text and wonder if anyone was actually reading it. So we decided to start our own operation, focused on roofing and metal buildings—commercial and residential both.

The first year taught us something obvious once you see it: people don't hire contractors for roofs. They hire them because they need to trust someone. They need to know someone's actually listening. Our first residential client was a woman who'd been quoted by three other companies. Not one of them called her back after the initial estimate. When we sent her a detailed timeline and answered her 2 a.m. email at 6 a.m., she felt the difference immediately. That project took eight weeks and changed how we think about everything.

What We've Learned Since

Speed doesn't mean cutting corners. We complete projects on schedule because we plan carefully and stick to the plan. We've seen contractors rush and create problems that cost double the time to fix.
